What each plan does
Free is a real plan. The other two buy placement.
Most businesses on Listora never pay a cent, and the page still works. Upgrade only when being found first is worth more than it costs.

What “Featured” actually does
You buy the position. You never buy the stars.
A Featured listing sits above the unclaimed pages in search results and at the top of its category page. That is the whole of what the money moves — position, and nothing else.
Every paid placement is labelled “Featured · paid placement”, every time it appears. A visitor can always tell which listing paid and which one earned its spot. We would rather lose the sale than sell a placement that pretends to be a recommendation.
Ratings, review counts and review order are untouched by any plan. Nobody can pay to hide a review, move one down, or have a competitor's page removed.

Is claiming really free?
Yes. Claiming costs nothing and never asks for a card. The Free page doesn't expire and doesn't degrade after a trial — there is no trial. Featured and Premium are separate decisions you can make later, or never.
What does it cost if I do upgrade?
Featured and Premium are the only two paid tiers. They apply to one listing, and they are the same for every business in every category — the current prices are on the pricing page.
What happens to the reviews already on my page?
They stay exactly as they are, and they come with the page. Claiming gives you the right to reply under your own name — not to edit, reorder or remove what customers wrote. No plan changes that.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Any time, from Plan & billing in your dashboard. The plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then the listing drops back to Free — still claimed, still yours, just without the placement.
Someone else claimed my business. Now what?
Start the claim anyway and say so — the request goes to a person, not a script, and ownership can be moved once we've checked. It doesn't happen often, and it isn't a dead end when it does.
