Every business on Listora gets a page it can keep for nothing. The two paid tiers buy one thing — where you sit in the results — and they say so on the card.
What money can't buy here
Paying moves your position. It never touches your rating.
Every paid placement is labelled “Featured · paid placement”, every time it appears. A visitor can always tell which listing bought its position and which one earned it. We would rather lose the sale than sell a placement that pretends to be a recommendation.
Ratings, review counts and review order are identical on all three tiers. Nobody can pay to hide a review, move one down the page, or have a competitor removed from the directory.
If you stop paying, your listing stays — claimed, complete and yours. It simply returns to standard placement, with every review and photo intact.

The four questions we're asked most.
Is claiming my page really free?
Yes. Claiming costs nothing, asks for no card, and the Free page doesn't expire — there is no trial to run out. Most businesses on Listora never pay us anything.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Plan & billing in your dashboard. The plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then the listing drops back to Free. No exit call, no retention offer.
What happens to my reviews?
Nothing — on any tier, in any direction. They belong to the people who wrote them. You can reply under your own name on every plan, including Free.
Do I keep my page if I downgrade?
You keep the page, the claim, the reviews and the details. Photos beyond the Free limit are hidden rather than deleted, so they come straight back if you upgrade again. What you lose is the placement.
